This digital network echo canceller software features highly optimized assembly or C implementations. It has user-callable functions and performs double-talk detection. The digital network echo canceller software allows configurable echo tail length options including 8, 16, 32, 64 or 128 msec.
GAO's ITU-T G.168 compliant echo cancellation software provides rapid convergence, low returned echo level during single talk, low divergence during double talk and low speed (<9.6 kbit/s) voice-band data transmissions.
